7am. From the looks of it, it looks like yesterday; cold in the air, but a calm sea. The suns not out today though. I can see 3 people going around the pier already, must have started 6.30. Me next!
It was cold again, just Bob and me once again, what a top bloke. I think this was our quickest, we didn’t stop today, swam constantly. But boy did my face hurt when I first went in the water.
Strangely though I warmed up very quickly today, maybe only 20 minutes of shaking today, so that’s a good sign.
