Sea looking VERY calm and air temp about 10deg, so not uninviting it seems. In car, 7am, just listened to Pixie Lott New York song, very cool song and feeling nice and calm, how pleasant!
Bob and I went around 5 buoys and the pier and then retraced our steps; it was over a 1 mile ½ and took around 36 minutes. Amazing how we are doing more and more and I can keep up. Really pleased.
Very salty water today (sounds weird, but true) and very fishy, yuck! Need a strong tasting coffee. Might even try to eat something at the office – wow!!
