7.15am and yesterday is behind me.
We had a good swim today. Still cold at 8.5 degrees, but sea very calm.
Fiona, Bob and I swam around the pier. Bob headed back to shore, but Fiona and I swam onto the next buoy and then the one after and then back to shore. It basically was the same distance as twice around the pier; the longest I have so far done. I think it took about 40 minutes, which for me is really quick. Feeling good and back on target.
