7am and here again. I’m not sure if I like it yet really, but I don’t hate it. In the car, parked at the Pier and the sea looks very calm and the sky is very blue, although fairly cold in the air, about 5 degrees. Time to go for it; packed a jumper today as rather bored of shivering for an hour afterwards!
Went around pier today just with Bob, such a top bloke and a fast swimmer. Really cold today, although very calm and the sun simply shining all the way around. Nice swim to be honest and enjoyed it in my usual “must be mad” way. Only took us 28 minutes to do, which was fast for me, but probably slow for Bob!
Gonna grab a 10k run after work as I need to prove to myself I can be fast at something!
