Yesterday I did the Marina and then Falmer in the evening; tired and sore today. But kids all slept through, crones not hurting and foot OK – life aint so bad!
Did a simple once around the pier with Bob and Midgy. Sea was cold again, but mostly calm.
I did however go “ without “ flippers for the first time ever. It was weird as they speed me up and also act as comfort blankets; however it was a decent swim all the same and whenever possible no more flippers.
