Eyes still swollen, but not as bad. Went to the beach, but almost didn’t! I very nearly left it till Monday as eyes not great and throat very sore. But a bigger part of me was feeling guilty about not swimming the last 2 days, even though I couldn’t anyway!
So went down and did just once around the pier to get my confidence back. Very warm water today and a nice breezy choppy sea.
BBC camera crew at the arches doing an advert for the Royal Mail on the over 50s. So I kept well away as no where near 50 yet, although with my puffy eyes I looked more like the grandfather of them all!
