Here we are again!
Still nice out, bit cooler than yesterday. Sea looks calm again, but not as calm as yesterday, looks to be dragging west as well towards the marina. Gotta try the new superman “arms out stroke” today.
Decent swim, bit choppier today, but still calm. Bob, Midge and Me around the Pier. Wasn’t easy to do everything Shep taught me, but I did definitely stretch with each stroke. I was on the beach waiting for Bob and Midge for around a minute when I got back, so I was definitely much faster. Still cheekily ignoring the fact I was wearing flippers and they weren’t though!!
