Went in on my own (shouldn’t I know, but hey ho), swam about a minute and came out – how rubbish is that! Feeling really annoyed with myself.
Had late birthday dinner, which a little rich for my stomach and also was already as tired as the Twins were up for most of the night; I think we got to sleep about 3am! Under the Pier to 15 minutes again with my crones, must have looked bad as even my drunk friend didn’t say hello!
But 1 minute in the sea, crap! All the above is just excuses that I simply can’t afford. Now of course I feel guilty and my day is set up to be an unenjoyable one – bugger!
