6.45am. Sea calm, little colder though than yesterday, about time it warmed up I think.
Swam fast today, actually was quicker than Bob!! He probably was slower than usual, however, I got back before him and that is quite major for me. Of course I had flippers on and he didn’t, but still fair is fair, I am only on day 12 and he is on day million something! He’s a great support to me, not sure I would be this far ahead if not for Fiona and him.
At work now and still shivering a little 8.20am!
Mark came at midday to talk training. We didn’t really plan much though which is a shame as he only had a short time; Fiona couldn’t make it as she was caught up somewhere.
