IPA work conference, staying over in Watford!
I would actually prefer swimming in gale force waves than attending a financial services conference; in fact swimming with jaws even sounds attractive!
As I couldn’t swim today, checked into the Hotel, found a park around the corner and ran around it 18 times – a total of 13.6k in an hour and 11 minutes. Then went to the Hotel gym and did 40 minutes on weights. Looking ion the mirror I can see a change to my physic, but only a little. Bob has a real swimmers shape, broad shoulders and tailored in at the waist; be nice to see that happening in time!
