Another clear day and sea looking seriously calm. Tummy feeling a little uncomfortable again but not so bad I need to stop, foot totally 100% fine; swimming in the sea seems to help both conditions somehow.
Good swim; Fiona, Bob and Me did the same swim as yesterday. All good.
