Foot hurting, causing me to limp, but not so bad I need my stick. Tummy OK though, so one out of two aint bad!
Bob and I did the same swim as yesterday; pretty much the same experience as yesterday all around; including the yucky fishy water!
Not shivering at all any more; 10 degrees seems to be my best temperature to date.
