Falmer Pool this morning on my own. Did 45 minutes; 12 lengths just float and kicking then the rest of the time with the knee float, paddles and normal lengths.
Considering last Friday I could not do even one length just kicking with the float I have obviously come a long way already. The hard bit however is getting the kicking in time with my arm stroke without a float. I feel like I’m having to learn to drive again!
Got to stick at it no matter how hard or boring it is.
I can’t wait for Sharon to come home as I am missing my morning sea swim terribly and it’s only the second morning!
