Gentle sea and gentle swim today. Buoys and pier, just the usual breakfast! Talking of which, I did have breakfast today - good boy!
Tomorrow and Friday I’ll try to do pier to pier to pier to get myself prepared for my first Dover swim this Sunday.
Of to London now for a 11am meeting; looking forward to a roasting hot underground - nice! Already looking forward to coming back home to Brighton.
