Swimming day 370 - Wednesday 16th November 2011

A quiet morning down the arch; David, Paul Smith, Little Bob, Bella and me.  Big Bob overslept and everyone else; who knows.

So I went solo around the pier in a flat sea, pretty much like yesterdays conditions in fact, although the temperature had dropped a lot since yesterday.  It was down to 10.2 degrees today, which is a massive 0.5 degree drop overnight.  I could really feel the difference as well; my forehead hurt for a good minute when I got in and my fingers were slightly bent when I came out.  At this rate it will be in single digits by next week; then it really starts to hurt.
