Off to Exeter today for 3 meetings, glam life I lead. Train not till 9am so time for a morning swim. Not many at arch today; Damien, Shoichi, Alex, David & Evo heading around the ue whilst Big Bob and I heading East against the tide and staying closer to shore. Very choppy indeed , in fact getting in was challenging alone; Damien ran back 3 times before safely getting in to the amusement of us standing on the beach watching him. Total sim about half an hour and very up and down with the waves. Back to shore was a real timing issue to avoid being bashed; we all made it though apart from Alex who was grabbed by a very water heavy wave and spun over. He was fine luckily and enjoyed big the one with tne story to tell
