Not sure what's happened with my blog but the last few days have gone a bit out of order? Maybe I'm still in a dream state??
Anyhow today is definitely Friday, it's definitely 19th August 2011 and I have definitely have had a swim; so I guess that brings me back to where I should be.
The sea was flat, temperature down yet again to 15.7 degrees and I had a slight ach on my inner left thigh from the squash match yesterday; as such I stayed close to shore in case of it playing up and I did a quick 20 minute to and fro swim.
Later today back in the gym and then a short 5k run and job done for the week!
