Sadly never got to the pool yesterday as planned as my first
London meeting
was moved to an earlier unsociable time of 8.00am. By the time I got back home in the evening it
was too late to do much more than give the kids a good night book.
This morning was however successfully back to the pool and
the same set as Tuesday:
- 6.45am in the outside pool; very blue sky once again. We did the following:
- 20 length warm up
- 5 length sprint repeated 10 times with 10 second rest between sets
- 10 length cool down
- 2 length super fast sprint 12 times with 10 second rest between sets
- 10 length cool down
Job done!
Of to Portsmouth
now for a day of meetings.
Tomorrow back to the sea; have missed it this week as more
pool than sea for a change.
