Training this week and next


 This week done

Monday – Sea 32 mins hard swim
Tuesday – Sea 32 mins hard swim plus 1 hr gym on core, plus 40 min run plus 1 hr speed(ish !) in pool on own
Wednesday – Sea 32 mins hard swim
Thursday – 3 hr pool plus will do some gym tonight at hom
Friday – 4 hr pool

Next week planned in diary

Monday – Pool 3 hr
Tuesday – Sea at least 30 mins, hopefully more if temp allows. Evening 1 hr run
Wednesday – Pool 5 hr
Thursday – Sea at least 30 mins.  Pool evening 1 hour speed
Friday – sea at least 30 mins.  Gym at home 1 hr evening.
